LATAM CORPORATE FINANCE AND TREASURY FORUM

“The premier event exclusively dedicated to European finance and treasury professionals engaged in Latin America”

Welcome to the Latinafinance European Conference, the premier event dedicated to European finance and treasury professionals engaged in Latin America. For the last 15 years, Latinafinance has supported European companies operating in Latin America. We’ve envisioned hosting a Latin American treasury and finance forum in Europe to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Latin America offers diverse opportunities and challenges, from abundant resources to income inequality and economic vulnerabilities. Despite progress in democracy, factors like volatile commodity prices and COVID-19 impact regional contraction. Regulatory diversity reflects limited integration, but efforts to boost ties and attract investment are underway.European multinationals play a crucial role in Latin America’s economic development. 160 European multinationals are making more than € 300 Mio in local sales -excluding exports- in the region, mainly in the energy, mining, chemical, and infrastructure sectors.
Our goal is to equip CFOs and treasurers of multinational corporations present in the region with insights and tools for cash management, financing, and risk mitigation.

Our conference fosters interactive networking among finance executives with Latin American market exposure.
We aim to empower finance managers and treasurers at corporate headquarters to make informed strategic decisions in the Latin American market. This forum reflects our commitment to that goal.

Hasta pronto, Até logo !

EVENT OVERVIEW

“A unique event in a historical venue”

The theme and goals of our finance conference event for CFOs and treasurers revolve around fostering collaboration, innovation, and strategic insights in navigating the diverse and complex dynamic landscape of corporate finance and treasury in Latam.

With a focus on four key countries Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile, each of them having its challenges, best practices, and complexity.

Besides plenary sessions, the day will include three workshops per country touching on key finance and treasury issues such as working capital optimization, liquidity management, cross-border payments, specific tax-related subjects but also digital finance transformation.

Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, and interactive workshops, we seek to empower CFOs and treasurers with the knowledge, tools, and networks necessary to help them optimize financial performance, and mitigate risks effectively. Our overarching goals include facilitating peer-to-peer learning, exploring emerging trends, and inspiring actionable solutions to problem-solving.
We have planned ample breaks and lunch moments dedicated to networking and sponsors’ booths visits.Corporate participants can enter a draw for two plane tickets from Europe to Latin America, courtesy of our airline partner Latam Airlines. After the conference, they will enjoy a South American wine-tasting experience in the main salon or on the terrace, weather permitting.
